Customize the equipment
Add quantities, colours, compatible items and the date, city and guest count for your rental request.
Choose equipment services
Select customer pickup or delivery, then add equipment assembly, technical setup or removal where applicable.
Otisphere reviews the request
We confirm inventory, venue access, quantities, service scope, taxes and any custom logistics before issuing the final agreement.
Accept and pay in full
After reviewing and correcting the final order, accept the agreement and pay the full amount by credit card through Stripe.
Receive confirmation
Your reservation is confirmed only after payment succeeds. You receive the agreement, itemized receipt and service details by email.
IMPORTANT DISTINCTION
Rental support is not event planning.
Equipment setup covers assembly, safe placement and testing of Otisphere rental items according to the approved order or layout. It does not include event planning, venue decorating, floral design, balloon styling, catering or event coordination.
Inventory is not held when you submit a request. A reservation becomes binding only after Otisphere approves the final agreement and full payment succeeds.
